Phased Approach

Epsilon Strategic Systems’ practice is to break projects into pieces with definite end points.  This modular approach gives our clients the ability to decide how to move forward based on the work that has been completed at the end of each phase. Additionally, it provides checkpoints with mandatory user sign-offs to ensure accuracy and agreement.

Front-Loaded Process

The ESS methodology is front-loaded.  The bulk of analysis and directional decisions occur at the beginning of the project to prevent unwanted surprises and delays associated with revisiting topics after design and development efforts have begun.
